Love this shop. They are fair, do great work and work with your schedule. Highly recommend them. Have been going to them for 4 years after being referred to them for a smug issue in my car that others could not fix. They fixed it and it passed smog.

I came to this Business as I needed an oil and filter change. I walked out feeling somewhat baffled. Looked over the charges on my invoice to see I had to pay for shop rags and Mechanics gloves. These two items are expenses that running a business should be absorbed by business and not pushed onto the consumer as being nickeled and dimmed for services rendered. That takes two stars off. Now for the actual services and wait. I walked in on a busy Saturday without an appointment and was taken care of promptly. Was initially told it would be four hrs which I understood without an appointment. Erika was able to get me in and finished just over an hour wait. I would recommend this place as a last minute nowhere else option as feeling pinched for Pennie's is a sour taste in the automotive repair industry. I just wished I asked for the used gloves and shop rags before I left as those items are what I paid for and never actually received.

I do not recommend this establishment at all. They are very expensive. Please shop around before dropping your car off. Customer service was ok and they were thorough, however they charge A lot!
